📋 Notice requirements
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on ClawVid
- Your contact information (name, email, phone)
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
🔄 Process
- We acknowledge receipt within 24–48 hours when possible
- We review valid notices and remove or disable access to the material
- We may notify the user and retain records as required
⚠️ Repeat infringers
Accounts with three substantiated DMCA violations may be permanently terminated.

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@clawvid.net.
